The Mixtape Partners Approach

A circular process diagram divided into three stages: Explore the Problem, Set the Strategy, Drive Adoption. Each stage has explanation text and colored arrows connecting them, with additional steps and details around the circle.

Our approach is built upon our understanding of the importance of identifying the problem, knowing what makes strategy great, and appreciation of how people, teams and organizations embrace change.

Too often organizations get excited about a big idea, but stumble when it comes time to deliver. Lack of understanding and alignment, insufficient support from leadership, shrinking the strategy back to fit the current organization, not giving the teams the time to practice, and cultural headwinds – all can play a role in strategy getting stuck. The winning formula, however, is having a strategy big enough to inspire at scale and compelling enough to achieve adoption.

Great strategy isn’t great if it only stays on the page.

Getting true, lasting adoption calls for really understanding why individuals and teams push back.

How We Do What We Do

Our approach blends strategy development with adoption planning from the start. The questions we explore are about uncovering the best strategic path – one that is inspiring and one that we know will stick – while making sure it can come to live from the boardroom to the break room.
